HEARTFORD, Alb. – Services for Scott Gregory Voorhees, 27, Hartford, formerly of Lawrence, Kan., were Wednesday at Meadowlawn Funeral Home Chapel in Hartford.
Mr. Voorhees died Feb. 9, 1992, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was born Oct. 5, 1964.
He lived in Lawrence from 1977 to 1986 and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Teresa, of the home; a daughter, Jamie Ann, of the home; his parents, Roy G. and Beverly Jo Voorhees, Hartford; a brother, G. Michael, Hartford; a sister, Michele Lynn Voorhees, Hartford; paternal grandfather, Henry Voorhees, Port St. Lucie, Fla.; and maternal grandparents, Cecil and Sarah Miller, Lawrence.
A memorial fund has been established for Voorhees’ daughter. Donations may be sent to the Jamie Voorhees Memorial Fund, 420 North St., No. 71, Lawrence 66044.
